Due to the unique nature of domain name ownership registries (such as ICANN, Verisign, and Nominet), a domain transfer cannot be reversed or undone once ownership credentials (Auth Codes / EPP codes or account pushes) have been initiated or delivered.

Consequently, all domain sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once the transaction process has begun.

2. Escrow Protection Period

To ensure absolute fairness, transparency, and buyer security, all transactions are processed via independent, licensed escrow services (such as Escrow.com).

  • The Holding Phase: Your funds are held securely by the escrow provider while the domain transfer takes place.
  • The Inspection Period: You have a designated, agreed-upon window (typically 1 to 5 business days) to verify that the domain has been successfully pushed or transferred into your registrar account.
  • The Final Release: Once you confirm receipt or the inspection period lapses, the escrow provider releases the funds to us. After this release, the transaction is legally complete and cannot be disputed or refunded.

3. Pre-Purchase Verification

We strongly advise all buyers to thoroughly research and verify their chosen domain name prior to completing a purchase. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that:

  • The domain name matches their intended branding and spelling.
  • The domain is compatible with their intended hosting, email infrastructure, and business plans.
  • The domain does not infringe upon any pre-existing local or international trademarks in their respective business sectors.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the highly unlikely event that a technical failure on our part prevents the permanent legal transfer of the domain name to your registrar account, the escrow provider will return your held funds in full according to standard escrow terms.
